Good day to all!
I'll be installing a remote start ct3471tw in a 2005 350. I would like some confirmation on the following:
12v constant- Light GREEN/ Purple
Start- Dark Green
Ign- RED / light green
Acc 1 -grey / YELLOW
Acc 2- dark blue/ light green
key sense- BLACK/ pink (do i need this?)
Park lights-brown +
Tach- GREEN / WHITE behind park brake release
I believe that there is a type "B" locking system in this truck, customer said that there is power locks, but no "special chip key". I checked the idata website and there is no module for lock/unlock, so...
brown wire from RS to WHITE/ red (-)
green wire from RS to BLACK/ white(-)
Will the lock/unlock outputs from the RS have enough current to perform this? Or are relays needed?
I believe that's all I need for now, thanks to all in advance! This site is great.

You won't need the keysense. Tach wire can be iffy....i've seen some systems work with it, and others won't. For the door locks,  you shouldn't need relays assuming the system you are using sends out a neg. pulse. You could possibly have to five wire if the vehicle is not equipped with factory keyless entry. This is easy to confirm. Turn the ign. cylinder ( on and off) 8 times....if the doors lock and then unlock, it has keyless and you will have the (-) wires. Park lights and brake you can get at the trailer brake harness to the right of the steering column.
