Nope.  See their note at the bottom of page :

NOTE #1: the STARTER #2 wire and ACCESSORY wire are combined into 1-Wire System, the
Starter #2 will require a (-)Negative thru a 180 Ohm Resistor and an Extra Relay Part
#775 the Accessory will require (-)Negative thru a 610 Ohm Resistor and an extra
Relay Part #775, to connect See DIAGRAM......................if you dont want to build
circuit you may use a INTERFACE BYPASS MODULE Part # DB-ALL or XK09
for REMOTE
STARTING and for the KELYESS ENTRY, when using the Interface Bypass the Resistors
for the IGNITION CIRCUIT and Door Locks is no longer needed, either of these
Modules will work for this vehicle, to order go to the INTERFACE BYPASS MODULE
Page on this website.

The CHALL + CHTH2 Harness is another type of bypass ( like the DB-ALL & XK09 they mentioned )

which performs the functions of the Relay / Resistor setup.  Just follow the Type E install
wiring.  Notice that the CHALL's WHITE/ Black wire going to Relay Pin 87 is marked MUX and
does what the Relay / Resistor circuit does during remote start.

Soldering is fun!

Thanks, that confusion in the portion is gone.
Current status of what were dealing with:
* When pressing the remote start button the radio now comes on, and other electronics start, and the FOB displays :12 seconds and stays on 12, doesn't start to count down.
* I can feel the relay click, the trucks starter doesn't make a sound nor does the engine even try to crank.
* Again, no remote start errors are occurring.
Im going to maybe try increasing the cranking time.
