hi , i am getting ready to install a remote starter in my 02 subaru impreza wrx ,can someone tell me how to wire it so i can turn on my rear defrost with on of my extra outputs?

I had a 2002 WRX at one point. If I remember correctly it is one of three red wires at the switch. I think two of the red wires have a stripe. Its easy to test for with your meter. You will see the wire pulse ground for a moment when you hit the defrost switch. It then returns to +12v. Make sure the ignition is on when testing.
