Alpine PDX4.100 vs JBL GTO1004..?
So, which would have the best SQ? I ask of you LoL
I'm currently using the PDX for my front stage, and am wondering if the GTO will sound better -in YOUR opinion.
I want to know if it'll be worth it in the end to sell my PDX (ugh) to get the GTO -for an extra ~50wRMS worth of headroom per channel.
It would match my sub amp...
Thoughts?

Bump.
I was really hoping to get some input from a certain few here, as I might be trading my PDX for the GTO this weekend.

The signal to noise ratio on the PDX is better. The THD is, as well.

Javin, Javin, Javin...
If you haven't traded the PDX yet, I wouldn't. That extra 50 watts wouldn't be worth it in the trade off of THD and S/N ratio, IMO.
Nah... Keep the Alpine. :) Especially for the fronts, where you are going to notice it more, and mostly in the S/N ratio. If it were a sub application, I'd say "go for it", but it ain't. :P
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
