car wont turn on 02 civic

Hey guys, I started to do some custom work to my dash on a 02 honda civic LX 2dr. I took out my dash to work on it outside. I needed to move my car but found out that i would not start. there isn't any power registering at the main harness. Does honda have some special safety feature that does not let the car turn on if something was unplugged, like the Air bags or something else?

Yes it's called an immobiliser.

Where is it located and/or what does it look like so that i can move my car!

....and the immobilizer will make the car crank over but not start because it cuts off fuel pump. My car does nothing (as if it didn't have a battery at all).

I haven't a clue, it's your car, check what you've already done also look at the main ignition fuse, 50 amps under hood fusebox, first thing you should have checked.
