Ok finally got the door triggers done and everything works great, now heres my last problem the unlock pink/green from the truck goes with the viper wire perfect it works fine in everyway, now my problem is with the lock wire, the doors will lock is the viper wire and truck wire are touched together, but if i connect them and press the button on the remote nothing happens. What am i missing here?

Its like the connection is grounded out when they are connected, but when just tap the wires together the doors lock.

What Viper system are you using? If the Viper system has internal door lock relays you may have 87a grounded...which would do what you are describing.
If you meter the output wire from the Viper, how does it behave? Does it show ground at all times? Does it show ground until you activate it then switch to positive?

I have the 5704 security/remote start combo.

Should i check the viper wire, while im spliced into the truck lock wire or just test the viper wire when i press the button?

Remove the wire from the truck and test to see if its always grounded or just getting ground when you press the viper remote
