Need a positive keysense wire to prevent factory alarm from going off on remote start. Can I just run a diode, stripe to keysense, off the remote starter accesory wire.
In theory I don't see why this wouldn't work.
If not, what's the best way to do this from a 5701.
Thanks in advanced.

It won't work because the ACC doesn't "go live" until after the R/Start enables.
Ignition, wait 2-3 seconds, starter, run, ACC is the order.
And the first answer is correct but diode separate the GWR before the relay, bands to R/S.
