Did you put one of the ignition keys in a box or wrap it for the transponder bypass?
It looks like the DBALL only takes care of convenience features (door lock, truck pop, door status, etc) but not remote starting.
I could be wrong, but the guide says you need 1 key to operate the remote start function.
Even with iDatalink modules (which I prefer 1000 to 1 over Xpresskit), doesn't handle the remote start part.
If you can't find the right colors under the dash, try looking in the driver's kick panel for a twisted pair -
ORANGE / brown (Low) & ORANGE / lt green (High)

It would help if you listed all of the wires you connected to what/where/color on the car. Kinda gives us a diagram of the install.
Soldered or crimped connections?
Pin 6: Violet or ORANGE / Brown or Yellow/Brown     Can LO
Pin 9: Violet/White or ORANGE / Green or YELLOW /GREEN    Can High
When all else fails, Read the Instructions
