i am installing a x7500bt in my wifes 2004 ram. i want to bypass the parking brake with a relay. i just want to make sure im doing it correctly, its been a while since i used a relay!
im going to put ground to 86 and 87, the remote lead to 85 and parking brake to 30? i think thats correct, just need some help from the experts!

The new Pioneers require a double pulse. You can no longer use a relay.

All I can suggest to you on here is to use the parking brake.

Pac audio TR-7 is pre programmed to do it... otherwise a toggle switch to ground mounted on or below the dash will do it manually every time the key is cycled.
there can be only one.......
