hello,
i need wiring info for a 2006 pontiac g5/pursuit particularly for reverse lights to install a back up camera.

Lt. green in the drivers kick or harness going to the back of car. Will of course be a positive there. You could always catch it right at the light should push come to shove too! good luck

So i tried the one you said and nope, i still had reverse lights when i cut it. :(

The fail safe way to do this is at the reverse lamp itself. You have to run the video wire from the camera to the front of the car, so run an extra wire with that.
