viper no output to starter/acc/ignt

Viper 4203 one button won't energize the high amperage start/acc/ign wires The box has power and make the 3 attempts......the clicking of the high amp relays can be heard. Do I have a bad box? Background: - I have installed DIE/viper remote starts successfully in the past - The 4203 has power and does react to the remote start initiation resulting in three start attempts and clicking of the relays can be heard - I have basically disconnected everything but power to help isolate any external factors Conclusion: Even if I hooked everything up wrong, the fact that it has power and activates the relays means the starter wire along with acc/ign should light up via my test light when remote start is activated. Rookie mistake number 2...using a test light. Glad ya got it figured out though.
