you are probably right, but ive been surprised before having done the same car a few times in a row and there will be one odd ball the is not like the others. and yes, you should always tell people who post for advice to test their wires because you never know when someone just woke up one day and decided they were gonna play car technician because it cant be that hard right? you just hook these wires to those wires and thats it right? thats how some people are. which usually leads to posts like " the radio works fine but now my car wont start, what should i do?"
