All, been out of the biz for some years and I'm having an annoying issue that should be REALLY simple on a family member's Scion. Dropped in the 4113LX one-button RS in an 09 xB, but cannot get the factory keyless entry to cooperate. Once remote started, the factory keyless entry no longer works. I know this a factory feature of the keyless entry unit when it senses the engine running, but I could swear there's a methodology to bypass that and allow the owner to enter the vehicle while remotely started. However, I can't seem to work it out! Can any of you guys help an old-timer out with this?
Thanks!

Hook up unlock off the 4113 to the car and press the button once more during remote start to unlock doors.

It's not gonna happen. There's nothing you can do to work around it.
