I have a factory 7-pin trailer plug with aftermarket brake controller added. With ignition on and running lights on, power is bleeding into the brake circuit.
I disconnected the brake controller (cut it at the plug) but the power is still coming through the orange wire (as well as the black wire with white stripe)
I have had no luck finding a wiring schematic specific to my truck.
Does anyone have a schematic or suggestions??

Sorry, I am not always the sharpest tool...
OK, so
orange is 12v supply
Green is Right turn
Blue is Trailer brakes
Yellow is Left turn
Black with white stripe is running lights.
What are the white wire and Black wire with green stripe (centre pin)
The reason I am working on this is last time I towed, by brakes were activated (dragging) if either the controller was plugged in or the running lights were on and locked up when I put it in reverse. If I unplugged the brake controller, the brakes would not drag, but as soon as the lights came on, they dragged.

Hi,
White...ground, black with green...reverse.
Autozone.com usually has wiring diagrams, they do for your vehicle.
You may have to sign up/register though.
