Had a Prostart CT3371 in my manual tranny 2006 cobalt Ls. Worked awesome but had to remove it for some reasons , now I reinstalled. Decided to uses a new EVO ALLbypass. Before had a CAN SPL ,anyways the starter started once for me an that was it, now whenever I put it into ready mode I attempt a RS the accessory comes on locks unlock an theft light comes on an 3 clicks on the remote start which indicates no Tach signal???? Weird Cuz the tach programmed successful an it started once before

Try reprogramming your tach signal. You may have lost it when you removed/reinstalled it.

Already done, I'm starting to think it may be a bypass issue.   I've had many issues with these. EVO ALLs
