hello, ill be using a CA6554 with flashlogic FLCAN for immobilizer
i have seen on a few other sites that some people have been having issues with the 2013 sentra throwing CEL on. has anyone had this issue?
i see that this car does not have second start, only 2nd acc... now, has anyone on here had this issue with any remote starts? if so what can i do to get around it?

Could be a timing issue making sure the connections are setup correctly (ing as ing and acc as acc)
12 VOLT CONSTANT      GREEN (+)      @ IGNITION SWITCH, WHITE 6-PIN PLUG, PIN 3     
STARTER      BLUE (+)    @ IGNITION SWITCH, WHITE 6-PIN PLUG, PIN 2
IGNITION 1      RED (+)      @ IGNITION SWITCH, WHITE 6-PIN PLUG, PIN 1     
     
ACCESSORY /HEATER BLOWER 1      PINK (+)      @ IGNITION SWITCH, WHITE 6-PIN PLUG, PIN 4
     
ACCESSORY /HEATER BLOWER 2      WHITE (+)      @ IGNITION SWITCH, WHITE 6-PIN PLUG, PIN 5

isolate your start wire with a diode inline

Some people have said that. Do you think a 3 amp will be suffice? Or do I need anything more than that?

doesnt hurt to use 3 amp to see if that helps rid of the CEL issue. if the issue is resolved go purchase 6amps

I would just put two of the 3-amps in parallel.
