I am trying to install an Avital 4003 add-on on a 2008 Accord sedan V-6. I have the omega MDB-all flashed with the recommended firmware. I wired up the mdb-all with the 6 wires it recommends and d2d to the avital. I hooked up the main harness on the remote starter. The bypass is synced to the key. But when I hit the locks x3 I get nothing. I have not done a 8th gen Honda yet, or used the omega bypass before.

did you connect the ground wire from the remote starter to ground? The neutral safety wire from the avital needs to see ground in order to allow a remote start command to take place. Your description of your connections is somewhat vague. Sometimes listing everything you've connected and what programming you've successfully completed can help. On certain models d2d works well and on some other models d2d is like shooting yourself in the foot before you get the gun out of the holster.

Do I maybe need to send negative lock pulses from the doors to the 4003 WHITE/ blue wire to wake it up?

The 4003's BLACK/ white Neutral Safety wire needs to be connected to ground for the remote start to operate.

I don't believe that dbi will allow lock to trigger unit. as in if you are looking for the module to tell the rs that it has seen lock 3 times. you will need to trigger it off of the white blue wire off the lock motor and set it to 3 times activation.
