You're reading it wrong or lack of understanding.
Relay will only trigger if alarm is on an there's an attempt to hot wire the ignition.

I guess you dont really understand what my question is. I am asking why 30 is connected to 87 (12v) when the alarm is triggered. Because i need to know why is starter connected to a constant 12v when the relay is triggered .. what is the function of connecting the starter to a 12v when the relay is triggered.

can i just leave the relay pin 87 empty ? i get that if the alarm is armed and when the ignition is turn on , the relay trigger and will cut off the connection of the starter from the key side.

Its simply a work around because your alarm appears to work when the engine is running.
That apart, you're correct but join your violet H3 also to 30 and as you say don't connect 87 to anything.

howie , the diagram will not work. Here is why
Starter motor key side is connected to brain green wire.
Starter motor side is connected to violet wire.
If i dont connect the keyside to the brain , engine wont start by remote start.

It will if you follow the diagram and connect power to 87.

You know you're right.
I tried to combine security with start forget the last few comments.
Did you try to test continuity between green and violet (purple) on H3 when alarm is either on or off?

yeah i did... i just dont understand such good brand sent me a faulty unit... i also did a test n found out that whenever i did a remote stary , yhe brain doesnt draw power from h3 green. so is pointless to connect the key side of starter to h3 green. i will cut it off and wire it to external relay for fail safe.
