Need to find correct harness for my 05 Colorado I4. Ordered one off ebay doesnt work. Couldnt fine one locally either. Now its down to identifying the factory color wire. Need to find out what the red, purple, purple wires is. Well, the red is constant and not sure of the purple. As I was running ohmeter on one of the purple i blew a fuse.
Hopefully I get help before I start on it again tomorrow after fuse installed.Need Chevy Colorado radio wiring - Last Post -- posted image.

Which harness did you buy? If it was not a digital harness, did you run a switched wire to the fusebox? If the plug you purchased plugs into the truck you probably have the right one. Do not cut the plug off.

The plug fits but the pin doesn't match up.
