I just spent 4 hours working on vehicle and was unable to make it function properly. Door triggers I know I must add 2 diodes and 12 volts thru 10k resistor for each door. issue is power locks. Its single wire. Unlock straight negative pulse and lock 1000 ohm resistor. Locks work fine when triggered by power probe. lock unlock work. When alarm is plugged in and activated locks do not function. When deactivated, locks lock. Unplugged and use probe again. They function properly. I'm frustrated. Should I add relays? Weak negative pulse? I'm stuck right now. Will continue later. Hopefully with some help. thank you very much.

1) Door triggers, your alarm is entry level won't program for normally closed door triggers, either use the domelight (-) trigger or upgrade to a 3303/5
2) Lock/unlock same again, add 451 lock module with a 1K resistor on the lock side or once again, change for a 3303/5, built in relays just add the 1KR on the lock side.
Probably cheaper and definitely more reliable to change up to a 3303/5.

Or keep existing alarm and use a DB-All2 give you the following functions:-
Power Windows Roll down
Power Windows Roll up
Arm Factory Security
Disarm Factory Security
Door Lock Control
Door Unlock
Driver Priority Unlock
Trunk / Hatch Release
Entry Monitoring ALL Door Pins
Entry Monitoring Hood Pin
Entry Monitoring Trunk/Hatch Pin
Would have saved you 3 hours of fun (not) and everything would have worked.
