On the install guide you should be looking at the Type 2 installation. the chart at the above the graphic list the MUX wire and location. This is for the door locks. in your case its GREEN/ Red in driver kick panel.

Well now I have a serious problem. I was trying to wire up the door locks, all looked well. The doors were locking/unlocking as expected. Now when I put the key in the ignition the car locks and stays locked. You cannot even unlock the car. If you take the key out of the ignition you can unlock the car. I have no idea what is going on here but at the point I need to fix this and just get this to an installer. Even with the power out of the alarm my car is locking the doors when the key is in the ignition. If you manually unlock the doors it locks them right back.
