Hi All,
I wonder if someone can give me a hand here before winter hits the ground. I installed a Crimestopper LC1 and Evo all by fortin in our Mitsubishi Outlander 2014 (PTS). I followed the wiring diagram but it seems i have no luck in this. You can hear that the remote is trying to engage but not even a crank and gives me a "electrical maintenance require" in my dash. So I decided to activate the Pink/White for "Start". Engine will crank but it wont start (same error shows in my dash). I'm not so worry about the error as I know that is probably from the remote itself.

Can you guys check the wiring if I miss anything?
Also if anyone knows how to clear my "engine light indicator"?
Thanks
Sorry for my english

Hi guys,
I have a volvo s70 1998 model, changed transmission lost the only Transponder key but have a door key that turns on ignition.
After 2 years runaround from mechanic, now getting ready to try starting the car with plain key only hears a n encouraging crank.the dealer is asking a crown and 3 weeks to get me a transponder key. Any help on starting car with ordinary key?thanks for help.

I would start here. http://fortin.ca/en/vehicles/mitsubishi/outlander/2015-push-to-start/troubleshooting.html
After that if you have any issues post back and we can go from there.

For your Volvo, there is no way to start the vehicle without a transponder key if the vehicle actually has a transponder. I can't say I have actually seen one of those.

RS specialist is correct any Euro car had to have one after Jan 1 1997, for economies of scale export versions also had them.
As for the original question, I'm guessing wiring connections ignition, bypass or tach learning.
