If you are asking if there is a brighter LED replacement bulb available for your headlight, the short answer is no. Be wary of any sellers out there that may tell you otherwise! While technology has advanced since the infancy of the LED replacement bulbs, they are not to the point I would consider placing them in my headlights. They would not produce enough light to be safe for driving.
A couple other options would be to retrofit some OEM LED headlights from a late model vehicle (this will not be cheap), or retrofit some HID projectors into your factory/aftermarket housings (check ebay). Even with due diligence, unless you swap complete headlight assemblies from another vehicle, it will not be street legal under Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 (I'm assuming you are in the US).
You will see HID conversion kits available, and for the most part, these are junk and to be avoided. They simply place an HID bulb in your factory housing, for which it was never designed. The engineering has already been done on factory HID/LED headlights.
There are some automotive lighting forums out there with tons of useful information.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
