I'm doing a personal RS install for a friend and to save discussion let's say I'm using a 556U so everything else is old school relays and resistors. I tried hooking up my factory alarm disarm wire to the keysense wire and it would not disarm the alarm. This only is a problem if the key locks the door in the cylinder and arms the alarm, aftermarket remote alone has no issues when locking and unlocking, but won't disarm the alarm if it's active (or arm it on lock) and I can't leave her car like that. What do I need to do to get the aftermarket remote to operate factory alarm properly? Not opposed to running a couple wires into the drivers door if needed but I have no wiring info to help me understand how this system works.

So my friends son drove the car today and the alarm was going off, I'm going to guess he hit the lock button on the door panel to arm the alarm, here is a thought, I am using the factory alarm disarm wire to trigger the keysense but it doesn't work, I wonder if I should be using status output wire instead. Also I have no progressive door locks, there is a delay in the unlock for about 1 second but then all does unlock, I'd like them to work like factory and control single/double pulse through the RS programming.

I grabbed the lock/unlock wire in the drivers kick, it was listed as light green, it tested right and does lock/unlock the doors but no disarm. The WHITE/ blue keysense wire in the kick does not disarm the alarm when powered up.
