The 2nd Unlock wire would be used if you wanted "progressive Unlock", where the first press of the remotes Unlock button would unlock only the drivers door. A second press of the Unlock button ( within 3 seconds ) would unlock the rest of the doors.
so what do i wire that to? the relay to the unlock?
I am a figment of your imagination...A girl that works on her own car

Do you really want or need Progressive Unlock? While the APS997E has a 2nd Unlock output, it doesn't have to be used.
The point is, adding progressive unlock to that car via the drivers door unlock motor wires requires additional parts
( 30/40 Amp SPDT relay w/ 5 wire harness and an inline fuse holder with 15 Amp fuse ) and a bit more work locating,
testing and soldering.
If you just want the R/S to be able to control the door locks, get a Directed 451M door lock module, obtain the 451M
Installation Guide in the Downloads section and follow the Type A wiring using these wires in the truck :
POWER LOCK            LT. BLUE (TYPE A)       @ BCM, BROWN PLUG, PIN A4
POWER UNLOCK          WHITE (TYPE A)          @ BCM, BROWN PLUG, PIN A3
Here is a photo of the wires at the BCM :
