2015 accord, avital 4100 with a dball2

Hi everyone,I'm installing a r/s avital 4100 with a dball2. For some reason I can't get the dball too copy the key. I tried a different dball just in case that one was faulty and I had the same outcome. I first used the d2d format and the dball would not turn red when I connected the d2d harness. but I checked for power and their is power to it. But I notice that my ground wire on the d2d harness had power also. I moved the ground wire and still the same. Then I tried installing it using w2w. I got power to it, it turned red then it started flashing orange. Then I got the green light but nothing was working, no keyless entry or bypass. I triple checked my wires and everything seems to be fine. Any ideas why i'm not getting anything? I mean not even a red light when I plug in the d2d harness.
