Yes pin 3 to door input green.
Don't bother with brake output.
Pin 12 hood status, isn't there a grey hood pin input on the 3305? If so that not the blue.
Forget or don't bother with the black/white.

Not needed:-
ACC
Starter from alarm They aren't there anyway!
RAP cut not needed.
Key sense not needed.
TX and RX not needed at PATS (doubt there's one anyway on UK vehicles).

Do you mean NO GWA? And please, if you aren't using it, stop worrying, just get on with it.
The more questions you ask the more I wonder how long this saga will continue.

Yes I do mean no gwa but I will need it for the starter kill relay which you have already said will be a good idea on a transit custom. Also I have a 507 tilt sensor along with the viper illuminated window sticker that both need gwa. so the the question was to establish why I have no gwa.

Program white/blue to give GWA.
This will be enough to run the immobiliser relay.
Direct ground on the tilt sensor.
Don't bother with the window sticker, lasts about 1 winter.
When you say no GWA is the control centre blue light flashing or constant?
OR exchange the unit.
