I am looking at installing the ads-alca idatalink bypass with a compustar or Directed remote start module and wondering where I can get it flashed to my vehicle b4 installation? I only need RS and not security alarm too. Thanks in advance!

There are sellers on EBay that will flash the ADS AL-CA ( or FLCAN ) to your requested vehicle / firmware
prior to shipment. I believe that a company called Sonic Electonix and possibly Crutchfield will provide
this service. Your install does not require the KLON process so you should be all set once it is flashed.
I see that you are in Canada, so I'm not positive if these companies will work for you.
Soldering is fun!

Got it. Thanks a lot! the mentioned sellers do not flash it, but a seller "turacell" does for $5! Just wondering RAV4 2014 H key remote start - Last Post -- posted image. if it will work with my rav 2014. I would rather go with the blade series due to the compact install,(with cs4102s) but dont know the difference between blade and ads-alca features. Also this seller does not sell blade-al, so I'm stuck with ads-al I guess, and most importantly I dont know if cs4102 HAS a slot for blade-al!!

The CS4102S kit comes with a CM800 control module which does not have a Blade slot.
However, the CS4900S kit comes with a CM900 that is Blade compatible and has similar remotes (same range, different looking) and might actually be cheaper, depending on shipping.
