2002 Suburban Remote Start Wiring Issues

Hello! I'm trying to install a R/S kit into a 02 Suburban. I purchased a kit from eBay. https://www./itm/1999-2002-CHEVY-SILVERADO-ESCALADE-TAHOE-CAR-ALARM-REMOTE-STARTER-WITH-BYPASS/122600856612?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 It includes the GMDLBP and Automate AM7 alarm and R/S combo. I've followed the wiring and done what I could but I cannot get the remote start to function or the door locks to work. I have the Bypass module and the AM7 door lock wirings hooked into the correct wiring but they don't work. I can hear the module clicking for the door lock and unlock and it doesnt do anything for pressing the remote start button. It also seems like I can't get the bypass module programmed. I don't know how to test if it is. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

So when you say they are positive then a a 12v source is what triggers the unlock correct?
