This one has me stumped... I installed a Viper 4105V remote start/keyless entry system on my 97 Chevy pickup about 6 months ago. I also installed the following extras: DEI 451 door lock module, DEI 529T window module to roll windows up w/ lock pulse, and 2 SPDT relays that are triggered by the aux channel to roll windows down.
Everything works well, except I just recently noticed that somehow the 451 module receives a door lock pulse at the very end of the remote start sequence. The remote start initializes as expected, it seems to be right when the starter disengages that both door locks are triggered. However, this only occurs when the system is armed/locked (doors are already locked) With the system unlocked, I can activate the remote start and no pulse occurs, doors stay unlocked. The door lock pulse wire from the Viper is connected directly to the 451 module, with the only other connection being the wire that runs to the activation inputs to the 529T module for the windows. I did test with this wire disconnected and the redundant lock pulse still occurs. The aux window roll-down I did is how I discovered this: with the system locked/armed, I can roll the windows down with the aux command, activate the remote start, and once the truck starts, the 529T module is triggered by the door lock pulse and rolls the windows right back up.
Anyone have an idea as to what could cause this? Is there a programmable feature I'm missing? Some kind of shared ground issue? Or could it be just an internal issue with the Viper unit itself? Thanks in advance!

Are you using the green/white and/or light green/black wires from the Main 9-pin harness?

No, those are both unused as the truck doesn’t have a factory alarm

I recently tried resetting all the programmable features to default, no luck. Also tried changing the engine checking mode between virtual tach and hard wire, also no luck.
