Disconnect the battery(ies). Ground a meter lead to the chassis of vehicle. Set meter to ohms or 2000 ohms. Stick the other lead into the wire socket that plugs into the switch. Hit lock and unlock on the switch to see which wire changes reading when you lock and unlock. The wire may be a different color in the drivers door.

Turns out to be both, a faulty switch and control module. All is working again. Thanks for the help.
