So I installed a CM-900-AS in my 2010 Cadillac Cts 3.0 base (key start) with a ADS-THR-GM10 harness, and now the antitheft system won't let the car start (solid light, no blinking)
The light stays on solid and doesn't flash, turning to start does nothing at all. I've done the following to try and fix it with no luck:
Checked all Fuses, Tried key relearn, let car sit disconnected for hours to "clear" anything in the system, I've tried removing the system entirely and re-learning, and a bunch of other crap I can't remember.
Been stuck on this for 7 hours now, read a bunch of forum posts everywhere with no solution. I'm starting to lose hope and I'm ready to take it to a dealership for them to figure out what's wrong and fix the system.

I'm confused.
You have a CM-900-AS system. Did you install a Blade-AL cartridge in it and flash it with the BLADE-AL(DL)-GM10 firmware?
The install guide for this application is currently #74792. You would follow the Type 1 wiring diagram. The install guide does not show the use of any T-Harness.
When I look up the ADS THR GM10 T-Harness, it indicates that it is used with systems like the iDatalink HC2352AC system but does not list the CM-900-AS unit as compatible. The ADS THR GM10 Harness would be compatible with the CM-DC3 controller as indicated on the Compustar WEB site.
Soldering is fun!

the t harness are only compatible with the dc3 systems which is pinned different (also different wire colors) that the other models. Should only be using the wiring from the cm 900. you probably tripped the pk lock out. Need to leave car on (not started of course) for up to a hour

33 years as a installer now just a retired old guy. Favorite thing to install/topic are remote starts/car alarms. Stop using test lights!!!
