2004 Ford F-150, Viper 350hv

pretty sure I changed a feature in my attempt to reprogram new keyfobs for my 350hv. The issue is when i turn the ignition off, it acts like ive opened a door, the doors unlock, the dome light comes on and my radio shuts off. If I have the headlights on the lights left on chime rings almost immediately and the key in ignition bell dings if the keys are still in the ignition. This never happened before I stumbled my way through a fob programming so im assuming its something i did in the settings, but looking at the manual i dont see anything that makes sense for something i changed. I thought maybe it was just a coincidence and my accessory delay relay went out, i swapped with another relay and i still had the same outcome. Any assistance with this is appreciated, its driving me crazy.
