What is my best bet for installing a remote start on a 2021 Rav4 keystart? I don't care about an alarm, I'm just looking for a remote start. I see with push button starts that they have a plug and play solution, I would love something like this for key start if possible.
Once upon a time I installed a viper alarm/remote start on my 2012 Honda Crosstour with the wiring diagrams from this site. It was a pain in the ass that probably took longer than it should have, but it worked fine. If I have to do that again I will, but would love something not as involved if possible.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

I am assuming a 2021 Toyota RAV4 non-Hybrid with regular "H" key ignition.
If you wanted a R/S system with a T-Harness to eliminate as many hardwired connections as possible, your only DIY choice would be a Fortin EVO-ONE with the THAR-ONE-TOY12 T-Harness. Please note that there are still 5 hardwire connections affecting 3 vehicle wires. One of these wires is located in the passenger kick panel and would also necessitate extending two R/S wires to reach. Additionally, this system uses the D-Cryptor process that would require use of the FlashLink2 module programmer and online WEB site access to Fortin with the FlashLink Manager 4 application.
Ensure that the Fortin products you purchase are the latest/current manufactured items. The EVO-ONE is currently at HW Ver 7. The basic EVO-ONE does not come with a remote kit (antenna, harness and remotes). Those can be purchased separately or there are combo kits available.
Here is a link to the current Fortin Install Guide.

Soldering is fun!
