Hello,
I read many threads from this website, and I made wiring schematic. Before I start to install, I want to confirm if this works or not.
I appreciate for sharing your knowledge and help. I used base someone's wiring schematic (thank you very much) and also edited the schematic for my instllation.
I am going to use 4 relays for diy alarm backup battery system, 4 sensors, clutch bypass, and dome light/door trigger (for MTB enable).

You do realize that relay terminal 87a is NC (Normally-Closed) and that typical automotive relays draw on average 200mA (0.2A) of current when activated/energized right? The sensor relay, after being correctly wired, is going to drain the battery over the weekend if not overnight. The back-up battery system, after being correctly wired, will cease functioning after the perp closes the hood assuming they even open the hood to begin with.

Well, it is embarrasing. I mixed up 87a and 87. The wires connecting to 87a in the diagram is supposed to connect 87. I aware relay consume 200mA, but this will be my daily drive, and I also planning to connect two more batteries in this truck so I assume that battery issues will not be problem. So theoretically everything should work, right after swapping wires to 87 instead of 87a?? thanks2000 Ford F-350, Viper 5706V Wiring Confirmation - Last Post -- posted image.

Your clutch bypass relay is correctly connected to the ignition switch starter wire but VH-8 that the R/S is using for starter output/kill is listed as a different color - barring some unseen reason, it should be the same wire for both bypass and r/s starter output/kill.
You could omit the clutch bypass relay by moving your RS-6 and RS-7 to the DB/OG at (or after) the clutch pedal switch.
You have the rear door trigger on an instant trigger which is fine but typical installations have it on a door trigger to give warning chirps and allow the owner to disarm the alarm before the siren goes full bore.
Unless there's an unseen reason, you don't need to have a sensor relay nor do they all need to be connected to a GWA. When the alarm is disarmed it will ignore triggers from powered sensors.
A Tach/RPM signal could probably have been obtained at the PCM vs putting in a 454t, but either will work.
Not sure why you're connecting VH-17 to ASTH-18 and triggering the door input with the dome light when you're MTS mode relay setup is using VH-16 and ASTH-15 - the proper door trigger connections.
Further to the above, I don't know what you are trying to accomplish with the MTS mode relay altogether. It seems like you're trying to cheat the safety strategy of the system. If that's the goal and what you intend to do then so be it. Without knowing exactly how you intend the MTS mode relay to function and it's purpose I can't say if it's going to work or not. All I can say at this point is there are other simpler ways to cheat.
You horn honk lists a "Relay3" in your Relay section, Relay 3 doesn't show any connection to the horn honk. But like above, I have no idea your intention for Relay 3
You mention techtip 1921 and maybe someone else can chime in but I don't believe it applies to your truck. TechTip 1921 is for newer fords than your 2000.
I can see you're going all out to attempt to prevent theft of your truck but it already has two very good security measures going for it - it's old and outdated (by 22 years now) and it's a manual transmission. Most typical car thieves today want neither of those.

Thanks for replay, catback! I appreciate a lot. I have a couple questions.
1. you mentioned that I can "omit the clutch bypass relay by moving your RS-6 and RS-7 to the DB/OG at (or after) the clutch pedal switch."
This means that cut DB/OG and connect to RS-6 and RS-7. Is this correct?
2.For door input and dome light wiring, I am kind of straggling. Be honest, I don’t know right wiring for these.
2-a. ford in this year has dome light delay system so it seems that I can not arm the alarm system until dome light turns off.
2-b. 5706V system has function to turn off dome light activation (menu 2 item 5 opt 2). So should I connect ASTH-4 to VH-17 with the option (Menu 2 item 5 opt2). Then, connect ASTH-15 to VH-16???
2-C. OR use relay3 wiring. What I want to accomplish is that I want to use MTS function and normally functioning door trigger/dome light. I am not trying to cheat.
3. I decided to remove honk function in ASTH-16 since I assume that I have to use another relay for this.
4. For techtip 1921, I do not need connect wire from each doors and connect them to ASTH-15?? Just connect VH-16 and VH-18 to ASTH-15??
thank you for sharing knowledge and advise, catback. I don't know how to thank you.

1) Correct
2) Connect ASTH-15 to both VH-16 and VH-18 using two diodes to isolate. See Isolating door triggers. Wiring to the door trigger (and not the dome light) will allow you to arm the alarm and enter MTS reservation mode regardless of the dome light delay. For dome light supervision a relay is required - connect ASTH-4 to relay terminal #85, 12V constant (fused) to relay terminals #86 and #87, and VH-17 to relay terminal #30.
3) Connect ASTH-16 to VH-22, an external relay is not required. VH-22 is the ground side of the vehicle's factory horn relay.
4) See #2 above
