Hello

I have a 2002 civic si, i just purchased JDM civci type R power folding mirrors. now from the mirrors is 2 wires, 1 is white *power* and other is black * ground*.when black is grounded and white is triggered they fold in, BUT to get them to fold out the wires need to be swappedlike power to the ground and ground to the power

anyone could Possibly draw up a schemtic for me? and possibly run them to a momentary switch

Thanks in advance

-mike

you can do this with either a mom switch or two timer relays,. do you have an alarm after market if you do its even easier. email me and let me know i have to think about this

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.

the best way to do it is to buy the jdm honda relay that goes with the jdm mirrors.  or you could do it like this:

your mirrors would be like the actuator.  if you have the jdm switch, it would be + to activate the mirror... other wise maybe you could use something like a window switch for open or close.

I see, you are resting them a ground. took me a few minutes to figure out what was going on. your way is simpler than a 4 wire. A 4 wire rests open.
