try using the factory disarm to unlock the door then rearm to lock the door back or try:

power lock-white\green pos 2.7k

power unlock-same wire 620ohms -pos.

factory disarm lt.grn.\orange use the neg during crank   or factory disarm to invert to 12v to this wire.

Thanks for the idea whiteshack. I'll give it a try since I'm all out of ideas. On this remote starter it will lock the doors automatically once the car is started. So your idea of unlocking the doors with the disarm wire is good. I'm just hoping that by unlocking the door the alarm won't go off.
Now lets see if I can steal/find a 620 ohm resistor from the EE supply lab. haha
