Can anyone tell me which wire, (color and location),  I should look for on my 94 Civic that produces +12V from the oil sensor when the engine has been successfully started.  I am installing a PD-175 remote start/alarm system

According to the manual this +12V signal is used to tell the remote start function that the car is running.  That way it won't try to restart the car.

It depends on brand as to what is used to tell if the vehicle is running.
