'88 Pontiac GTA factory radio-cassette with EQ

On the screen it has LOC, is this a code?

What can I do to bypass this?

Do I have figure the code myself?

Legit car my cousin bought it 2 weeks ago.

Take it to your local GM dealership. They'll be able to unlock it for you.
