I was thinking the right channel was bad. But the other problem appears. Why wouldnt his subs and amp work in my car? Would running it at 1 ohm go back and damage the outputs on the HU or the RCA's? I think I need to try to pull the RCA's and switch those out and if that doesnt work then switch it to another one of the RCA outputs on the HU. If the Sub outputs are bad would it ruin the other ones as well?

If the subs are wired together in any kind of circuit it will throw the amp into protection. If the problem is in your wiring of the subs or a bad sub or in the rca cable then regardless of the amp used, it will go into protection. It really sounds like a problem in your vehicle that is causing the issues with both amps and may infact have led to damage of your amp.

Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.
