Hey guys i want to fabricate a couple of door pods for my 85 4runner, is there a website that shows you how to do them, i have an idea already but i dont know if i have to pull that fiber glass filler inside to improve the sound. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Holy guns, don't make it that way! What a lumpy mess.

Substitute the steps from wrapping the foam rubber to wrapping in carpet with these:

Wrap in fabric (not foam rubber) and staple. Resin the fabric and let it cure. Sand and add body filler if needed. Cut out the speaker hole. Wrap in carpet or vinyl.

word, I saw that tutorial and seen him using foam filler and thought to myself "WTF is he doing?" What ever you do dont just go filling it in with great stuff, its not suppose to be used like that do what CarAudioHelp says, that actually works and will last (that tutorial reminds me of my old ghetto rigging days)
