In the last year I have purchased and used the following Audiobahn products

2 AW 1051 10" 'lowest end' natural sound subs - Very Impressive - still use them for temps while changind subs or rebuilding boxes

2 AW1206T Flame Q subs - Look Killer but barely louder than the cheap tens due to the fact they have the same cone surface area

1 A18001DT "1800w" Class D amp- My JL 1000/1 put this thing to shame(badly)

2 AS65PQ 3-way 6.5 fullrange- tweets distorted badly after 1 month use

2  AS64PQ 4x6 - Distorts with headunit power without driving them hard at all

2 ALUM12Q Sound Q subs- Beautiful, that's about it

ABC something - high end 6.5 components- The best components I have ever heard! Still use them

My point is that Audiobahn has alot more misses than hits. I hear people dogging Audiobahn all the time based on what other poeple say. I just want to share this with you to give you an idea of what to expect  before you go out and buy that pretty chrome package.

My wife will never understand why, lucky for her!

not from personal experiance, but my brother in-law said when his friend had audiobahn's subs in his car, they were of the loudest he's heard. i'd say they arent completely sh**, but as you said, they seem to have alot more misses than hits.

Alot of the people that love audiobahn think its the greatest just cuz they haven't heard a real system before.  If audiobahn is generally in there price range then there used to pioneer, sony, and those other wallmart brands.

personally i like audiobahn as u can tell by what i have. im not gonna sit here and say they are the ferrari of car audio but more like toyota in a car guy perspective. big hits like the supra and misses like the sienna miny van but all products made for different wants and needs if you can follow. i listen to loud rap, so basically im for spl and audiobahn can deliever. i kno the jlw7 will piss on audiobahn in sq but its also 3,4 times the price. basically when you get a system the only person that has to be pleased with it is you.
