What do I have to do to bypass the clutch to remotely start a 2000 Prelude? I'm hooking up Compustar alarm which has a remote start.

Most Honda's are (-) trigger ( BLUE/BLACK at the clutch ).

Yes, but how do I hook it all up? Do I need a relay?

It worked for me. I have a 93 prelude. Make sure never to start it in gear. I tried that once (on purpose), with me sitting in the car. The car inches forward. And if you're a block away, you can stop it from hitting someone, or going into traffic.

It's a compustar alarm, and has a safety feature, so I don't think it will ever start in gear, but thanks for warning me anyway :)

Thanks for the wiring info. It looks pretty simple :)
