'03 WRX alarm/remote start

Hi, whenever I finish installing a security system in a car I always have a problem finding a place to secure the unit(s). Got any tips where to put them? Also where should I put the shock sensor if it is seperate from the alarm? Currently I finished installing an Ungo alarm in a '03 WRX. Now those things are huge in size compared to DEI. I'm having trouble with this one for the time being. I always have trouble keeping the wires straight on the harness' when connecting them. Everything ends up being cris crossed and hard to bundle up at the end. Any tips for this also? Thanks for the enlightenment.

Hi, I have an Ungo MS2007 installed in a '03 WRX and only missing the remote start. I know there have been a lot of posts on this topic and that I should search for them, which I did. But there's just too many to sort through. I'm pressed for time here and school's about to start. I need to have this finshed by Sunday. I read a few posts already. One said to test to see which of the two wires on the clutch will give a 12+ output when depressed. Then connect it to the starter output. Another said to use the 2nd or 3rd ignition output and wire that to both the clutch wires. I test the two wires for the clutch yesturday and got no reading. So I'm guessing it's a neg clutch.Thanks.

Me personally, I always mount the brains first, this way I can hide the other wire as I run them.  Makes for a very clean install.    The non moving section of the steering column is a good place for the shock sensor. Do it right the first time
