30 amp fuse

Also I tried plugging in just the main igintion harness without the brake lights, parking, etc harness and the car started up, I measured the voltage and everything seemed fine except that the brain was outputing 12 volts on the starter line (this is without the transmitter even sync'd yet, just plugged it in. It shouldnt be doing this wtih the car running should it? If I unplug the brain and measure the starter wire there is no voltage on it.

Was the "brain" Module grounded using it's ground in the second plug?

Can you see what software version and hardware version you have for this CPU ? It's on the back of the CPU on the white label. It will say " V.H3.2  F3.4 " The H is the hardware version and the F is the software.

You may have a defective CPU. Try to return the unit back to the place that you bought it from. There is a 1 year warranty on all Autostart's so you should not have any problems returning it for a replacement CPU.
