Computer controlled motors?

I would suggest keeping the system SEPARATE from your vehicle's electrical system.
Mapping out an entire video is easy, you seem to know the components you want. Then all you really need to interface to the vehicle is an FM Mod for the sound to come through the speakers.
Just a thought.

It's going to be expensive. How much are you looking to spend? Basically your looking at custom programming to build the interface, An EPROM, Something to write to that EPROM, Amplification circuitry to be able to handle the excessive load of an electric motor large enough to do anything, and the motor itself. I would ballpark that withough prior knowledge or equipment your looking in excess of several hundred dollars just to get going.

go to www.mp3car.com, the guys over there do this stuff all the time, there are tons of programs that do all that you are talking about plus monitor obdII and some are even voice controlled.  go ask them about your best options over there and they can set you up right
