I'm requesting a DirectWire-type wiring diagram for a 2004 Chevy Tahoe z71 for a remote start/alarm install. Thanks!
You can do it!

NOTES:

*1 - The DRIVERS DOOR trigger is GRAY/BLACK (-)  at the driver door module in the drivers door. The PASSENGERS DOOR trigger is a BLACK/ WHITE (-) at the passenger door module in the passengers door. The DRIVERS REAR DOOR trigger is a LIGHT BLUE/BLACK (-)  and the PASSENGERS REAR DOOR trigger is a LIGHT GREEN/ BLACK (-), they are ALL in a harness in front of the fusebox leading to the BCM's rear plug. When connecting to an ALARM SYSTEM use all (4) four wires and diode isolate each. For DOMELIGHT SUPERVISION use ONLY the DRIVERS DOOR trigger is GRAY/BLACK (-)  at the driver door module in the drivers door.

*2 - If the vehicle does NOT have a switch on the right rear panel then refer to the diagram.

*3 - If the vehicle does have a switch on the right rear panel then refer to diagram 2.

*4 - The BCM (Body Control Module) is under the driver side dash.

*5 -  At the BCM in the PURPLE Plug, look at row B, cavity (2) two and (3) three should be open with no wires in them. If you make connectors for these pins you can connect them as a ( TYPE B ) door locking system.
