I have the pioneer AVH-P7480DVD and I want to add a navigation system to it. Does anyone know if there is something I can do, I don't want to buy another system, I just want to add to the one I have now.

NO... Like I  said. I don't want to buy a new head unit, Isn't there something I can add to the head-unit I have already?

Yeah that is an add on to the AVH-P7480DVD, it plugs into your RGB port and can be mounted in the trunk or hatch area. It allows you to use your current pioneer monitor as a display for the navi.
