I'm pretty sure cancellation is a big issue with running two differnt size subs. I wouldn't reccomend it..but people who really know what they're doing can pull it off.

JUST *dont* DO IT *insert nike logo here*

Ever see a competition SQ car with 2 different size subwoofers?  Hell, ive never seen (a serious) one with a woofer over 12".  Anyways - put your money into the best 10 or 12 you can buy, be serious about building a solid enclosure, purchase a well-built subamp, sound dead'n your car, and research what makes great sound (cause 2 different size subwoofers are rarely it).

What will you get for Christmas, bad boy? Coal........or Visonik?? - stevdart

Would probably be ok for SPL...  I wouldn't recommend it for SQ.  The effect would probably be slightly muddy bass and possibly some unwanted dips in freq. response.
