sorry for not being more descriptive.. what i want is to setup a wall and put different cd players and speakers in it ..  that allows customers to listen to the cd player(head unit ) and speakers of there choice to see how they work and sound..  How most car audio stores have the sound room set up.. First things first....Start pricing out your switcher. I would NOT look any further than an MTI unit...the best in the Biz.

Building the stand or cabinet to hold the decks and speakers is the easy part. You can get wild and creative.

BUT before you start, you need to decide how many decks, amps, speakers and subs you want to "switch", then call MTI, for a suggestion as to what model switcher you need. The switcher is like a distabution center for controlling the system. You will need to know EXACTLY how many sub amps, how many mid and tweet amps, 2 or 4 channell, how many decks, how many speaker componants......etc. etc. etc.

Find MTI's web site and do some lookin!

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
